中丹学院丹方博士研究生培养方案(总则)

Sino-Danish College PhDs’ Education Plan (General Principle)

为促进我校研究生教育的国际交流和合作,规范管理,保障培养质量,根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》、《中国科学院大学学位授予工作细则》以及“教育部关于批准设立中国科学院大学中丹学院的函”(教外办学函(201324),和“中丹项目”相关协议,特制定中丹学院丹方博士研究生培养方案(总则)。

To promote international cooperation and exchanges, standardize administration and guarantee educational quality, this PhDs’ Education  Plan is formulated in accordance with Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, The Interim Measures for the Implementation of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, Work Rules for Degree Granting in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Approval of Ministry of Education on the Establishment of Sino-Danish College of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and agreements of Sino-Danish Programme.

中国科学院大学中丹学院博士研究生包括中方学生和丹方学生。中方学生申请中国科学院大学学位按中国科学院大学所注册领域的博士研究生要求;丹方学生申请中国科学院大学博士学位,按本规定执行。

PhD students enrolled in Sino-Danish College (SDC) of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) include both Chinese and international students. Chinese students shall abide by requirements of their registered institute when applying for UCAS degree. International students shall follow this provision.

一、培养目标

  1. Purpose

培养具有进取、创新、协作、唯实的科研道德、认真的科学态度,理论联系实际的工作作风的科学研究或专门技术领域的高级专业人才。

To train researchers or specialists with innovative, cooperative and practical research ethics and rigorous scientific approach in relevant fields

三、培养方式及学习年限

  1. Education mode and study duration

(一)培养方式:采取理论学习与科学研究相结合,指导教师个别指导与导师小组集体培养相结合的培养形式。原则上,“中丹项目”招收培养的研究生为双导师制。鼓励丹方研究生在中科院联系导师,特别需求情况下,允许丹方研究生在国内大学或研究机构联系导师,须经中丹学院审核批准后,担任研究生的中方导师。

  1. Education mode: theoretical study combined with scientific research, individual supervision (by supervisors) combined with group supervision. In principle, PhD students enrolled in SDC programme shall have two supervisors, one Chinese and one Danish. International students are encouraged to find Chinese supervisors within Chinese Academy of Sciences. In special circumstances, supervisors from other Chinese universities or research institutes could be allowed, but shall be officially assessed and approved by Sino-Danish College.

  1. Types of students: PhD students pursuing academic degrees

(三)学习年限

iii.  Study duration

基本学制一般为3年,最长修读年限(含休学)不得超过6年;在中方开展论文研究、实践的时间不少于6个月。

For international PhD students, the study duration is in general 3 years, with the longest possible duration (including suspension) of 6 years. Students shall be eligible for applying for UCAS degree only after completing at least 6 months’ dissertation research/social practice in China.

四、课程学习及必修环节

  1. Courses and compulsory sessions

(一)课程学习

  1. Courses

丹方研究生需要了解中国文化,并有一定的汉语基础。

International students shall have basic knowledge of Chinese culture and language.

丹方博士研究生在学期间须完成中国科学院大学承认的7个学分的课程学习。中国科学院大学认可丹方博士生在丹麦大学所修学分。在丹方大学获得30ECTs课程学分,可等同于完成中国科学院大学7个学分的课程学习。

To apply for UCAS degree, international PhD students shall obtain 7 credits from courses recognised by UCAS to obtain 30 ECTs from Danish cooperative universities. Credits obtained from Danish cooperative universities can be recognised by UCAS.

(二)课程设置方案

  1. Course plans

经研究生中丹双方导师认可的学科基础课、专业基础课和专业课均可作为博士生学位课程,并报中丹学院审核备案。

Basic courses, professional courses and specialized courses approved by both Danish and Chinese supervisors can be included as PhD degree courses. All courses shall be assessed and approved by Sino-Danish College.

(三)必修环节

  • iii. Compulsory sessions

丹方博士研究生在学期间须完成开题报告(1学分)、学术报告(2学分)和社会实践(2学分)等必修环节,总计5个学分。

PhD students shall complete compulsory sessions including opening speech (1 credit), academic reports (2 credits) and social practice (2 credits), thus 5 credits in total.

开题报告可以采用较为灵活(现场会议、视频会议等)的方式进行。开题报告成绩分为优秀、良好、合格和不合格四等。学生通过开题报告即可获得1个必修环节学分。

The opening speech can be conducted on site or videolink. The 4 grades for opening speech are “Excellent”, “Good”, “Pass” and “Poor”. When completing the opening speech, students shall get 1 credit of compulsory session.

学术报告和社会实践以导师考核为准。

Academic reports and social practices shall be assessed and approved by supervisors.

五、学位论文


  1. Dissertation Writing

(一)学位论文撰写

  1. Dissertation writing

研究生学位论文须在中丹双方导师共同指导下,由研究生本人独立完成。研究生学位论文须按照《中国科学院大学学位论文撰写规定》书写正文可用英文撰写,须有中英文摘要。

Dissertation shall be conducted and accomplished independently by students under the instructions of both Chinese and Danish supervisors. Students shall write their dissertation in accordance with Graduate Thesis/Dissertation Writing Requirements of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Students shall write the degree dissertation in either Chinese or English and English and Chinese abstracts are required.

(二)学位论文评阅

  1. Dissertation review

论文评阅人可由导师推荐,须经中丹学院组织博士生所在领域PCs确定。博士学位论文须聘请3-5位同行专家评阅,评阅人应为教授或相当的专业技术职务的专家(含具有博士生导师资格的同行专家),其中,至少有2位外单位专家。中方导师和丹方导师不能作为论文评阅人。评阅人须对学位论文写出详细评语,供论文答辩委员会参考。

Dissertation reviewers can be recommended by supervisors and shall be approved by PCs in relevant field organized by Sino-Danish College. For PhD dissertation, 3 to 5 experts shall be invited to review the student’s dissertation and give detailed comments. Reviewers shall be professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles and shall not include the student’s Danish and Chinese supervisor. Among them, at least 2 experts from other institutions/organisations shall be invited. Detailed comments on the dissertation shall be provided as reference to the defence panel.

(三)学位论文答辩

论文答辩委员会的组成由中丹学院审核批准。博士学位论文答辩委员会应由至少5位同行专家组成,答辩委员会成员应为教授或具有相当专业技术职务的专家,答辩委员会主席应由博导师资格教授(不含导师)担任,成员中博士生指导教师一般不少于三分之二,且至少有2位为外单位同行专家。中方导师和丹方导师可以作为答辩委员会成员。学位论文答辩可以远程视频进行。学位论文的评阅人原则上参加论文答辩委员会。答辩时间至少40分钟(其中报告时间至少30分钟,提问、答辩时间至少10分钟)

  1. Defence

Defence panel shall be approved by Sino-Danish College. The panel for PhD students shall include at least 5 experts from relevant fields. Panel members shall be professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles. The chairman of the panel shall be professor with PhD supervision qualification and must not be the student’ supervisors. Among all panel members, at least two thirds shall be PhD supervisors and the panel shall include at least 2 experts from other institutes/organisations. The defence panel can include the student’s Danish or Chinese supervisor. Defence can be conducted on site or video link. Dissertation reviewers shall be included in the panel in principle. Defence shall include at least a 30-minute report/presentation and a 10-minute discussion.

六、科研成果要求

  1. Research requirements

丹方博士生在学期间需要取得同行专家公认的学术成果。丹方博士研究生发表的学术论文的署名单位可采取双署名方式,丹方大学为第一署名单位,中国科学院大学/相关培养单位为第二署名单位。

International PhD students shall obtain academic achievements recognised by experts within the relevant field. Students shall endorse two affiliations by indicating UCAS and Danish cooperative universities together. International PhD students shall indicate a Danish university as the first institution and UCAS/CAS the second. Chinese PhD students shall indicate UCAS/CAS as the first institution and a due Danish university the second.

七、涉密学位论文

  1. Dissertation Confidentiality

按照《中国科学院大学研究生学位论文保密管理规定》执行。

Conducted in accordance with Provisions on Degree Thesis/Dissertation Confidentiality in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

八、本办法由中丹学院负责解释

  1. The interpretation is vested in Sino-Danish College, UCAS.
