中丹学院丹方硕士研究生培养方案（总则）

Sino-Danish College Masters’ Education Plan for International students (General Principle)

为了促进我校研究生教育的国际交流和合作，规范管理，保障培养质量，根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》、《中国科学院大学学位授予工作细则》以及“教育部关于批准设立中国科学院大学中丹学院的函”(教外办学函（2013）24号)和“中丹项目”相关协议，特制定中丹学院硕士研究生培养方案。
To promote international cooperation and exchanges, standardize administration and guarantee educational quality, this Masters’ Education Plan is formulated in accordance with Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, The Interim Measures for the Implementation of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, Work Rules for Degree Granting in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Approval of Ministry of Education on the Establishment of Sino-Danish College of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and agreements of Sino-Danish Programme.
中国科学院大学中丹学院硕士研究生包括中方学生和丹方学生。中方学生申请中国科学院大学硕士学位依据《中国科学院大学中丹学院中方硕士研究生培养方案》执行；丹方学生申请中国科学院大学硕士学位，按本规定执行。
Master students in Sino-Danish College (SDC) of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) include both Chinese and international students[1]. Chinese students shall abide by University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Sino-Danish College Masters’ Education Plan for Chinese students. International students shall follow this provision.
一、培养目标
培养具有进取、创新、协作、唯实的科研道德、严谨认真的科学态度，理论联系实际的工作作风的科学研究或专门技术领域的高级专业人才。
To train researchers or specialists with innovative, cooperative and practical research ethics and rigorous scientific approach in relevant fields
二、学科及研究方向
共涉及21个二级学科（附件1）。

三、培养方式及学习年限
（一）培养方式
理论学习与科学研究相结合，指导教师个别指导与导师小组集体培养相结合。原则上，“中丹项目”招收培养的研究生为双导师制。中方导师需为中丹学院导师备案库中的导师。
Theoretical study combined with scientific research, individual supervision (by supervisors) combined with group supervision. In principle, graduates enrolled in SDC program shall have two supervisors, one Chinese and one Danish. Chinese supervisor shall be registered in SDC Chinese supervisor list.

学术学位硕士研究生。
Master students pursuing academic degrees
（三）学习年限
丹方硕士研究生基本学制为2年，最长修读年限（含休学）不得超过4年。
For international master students, the study duration is in general 2 years, with the longest possible duration (including suspension) of 4 years.
四、课程学习及必修环节
（一）课程学习及实习
丹方研究生需要了解中国文化，并有一定的汉语基础。在修读期间，丹方研究生需要完成基础汉语口语（2学分）、中国概况（2学分）两门中国语言文化课程的学习。已经获得汉语水平考试（HSK）3级的学生可以申请免修。
International students shall have basic knowledge of Chinese culture and language. During their study period, international master students are required to complete Chinese Language (2 credits) and Chinese Panorama (2 credits) two courses. Students who have obtained HSK Level 3 can apply for exemption.
丹方研究生须按照所攻读专业的培养方案完成课程设置方案中规定的课程学习，实习半年，实习计入学分。
International students shall complete all courses listed in each program’s course plan and finish the internship of half a year. The internship credits will be included in the student’s total credits.

（三）必修环节
研究生学位要求的必修环节为开题报告。
Compulsory session for international master students is Opening Speech.
硕士研究生的开题考核原则上应于入学后第三学期结束前完成, 开题报告与论文答辩的时间间隔原则上不少于半年。硕士生开题报告考核小组须由至少 3-5 名具有副教授及以上职称的同行专家组成。开题报告会由考核小组组长主持，采取 PPT 汇报和答辩相结合的方式进行，考核时间硕士生应不少于 15 分钟。考核小组对论文选题、研究思路以及论文研究计划进行点评和提问。开题报告可以采用较为灵活的方式（现场会议、视频会议等）进行。
Master students shall complete Opening Speech before the end of the third semester in principle. The interval between Opening Speech and thesis defence shall be at least half a year. The assessment panel shall be 3 to 5 experts who are associate professors or professors, or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles. The chair of assessment panel hosts the assessment. The assessment includes PPT presentation and Q&A sessions. Whole process shall be at least 15 minutes. The panel will give suggestions and ask questions in the choice of thesis research topic, research approach and research plan. The Opening Speech can be conducted on site or via video link.
开题报告成绩分为优秀、良好、合格和不合格四等。学生通过开题报告即可获得6学分。开题报告通过者，在一周内根据考核小组的评议意见对原报告进行修改完善，经导师同意签字后报学院存档。未通过者，在1-2 个月内重新进行开题报告。两次不通过者，须由导师认定是否适合继续培养并报学院审批，由学院按照学校相关学生管理规定处理。开题报告通过后，研究生应正式进行学位论文工作，如因特殊原因需要变动论文的核心内容时，需重新开题。开题报告未通过的研究生不得进入毕业答辩环节。
The grades for Opening Speech include “Excellent”, “Good”, “Pass” and “Poor”. Students shall get 3 credits for the pass of Opening Speech. Within a week after the Opening Speech, students shall revise the Opening Speech report according to assessment panel feedbacks. After signed by supervisor for approval, the Opening Speech form shall be sent to SDC office. Students who do not pass the assessment shall be reassessed in 1 to 2 months. For students who do not pass the assessment in the second time, the supervisor will determine whether the student shall continue the education and inform SDC office for approval according to UCAS regulations. After the pass of Opening Speech, students undertake thesis research. Student shall be reassessed if essential content of thesis is changed for a particular reason. Students who fail to pass Opening Speech cannot apply for thesis submission.
五、学位论文
（一）学位论文撰写
研究生学位论文须在导师指导下，由研究生本人独立完成。研究生须严格按照《中国科学院大学研究生学位论文撰写规定》认真撰写学位论文。正文可用英文撰写，须有中英文摘要。
Degree theses shall be conducted and accomplished independently by students under the instructions of both Chinese and Danish supervisors. Students shall write their thesis in accordance with Graduate Thesis/Dissertation Writing Requirements of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Students shall write the degree thesis in English, and abstracts in English and Chinese are required.
（二）学位论文评阅
学位论文评阅人由中丹学院审核批准。硕士学位论文一般应聘请3-5位同行专家评阅，评阅人应为副教授、教授或具有相当专业技术职务的专家。其中，至少有1位外单位（非导师同单位）的同行专家。评阅人须对学位论文写出详细评语，供论文答辩委员会参考。学位论文评阅过程中，如有一位评阅人不同意答辩，应增聘两位评阅人进行评阅。累计有两名评阅人不同意答辩，学位论文不能进行答辩环节，本次学位申请无效。
Thesis reviewers shall be approved by Sino-Danish College. For master thesis, 3 to 5 experts in relevant fields shall be invited to review the student’s thesis and give detailed comments. Reviewers shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles. Among them, at least one expert from other institutions/organisations (not from supervisor’s school/institute) shall be invited. Detailed comments on the thesis shall be provided as reference to the defence panel. When an expert disapproves of thesis defence application, the thesis will be sent to two more reviewers. When two reviewers in total disapprove, the thesis defence application will be denied.
（三）学位论文答辩
论文答辩委员会的组成由中丹学院审核批准。硕士学位论文答辩委员会应由3-5位同行专家组成，答辩委员会成员应为副教授、教授或具有相当专业技术职务的专家，其中1-2位为外单位同行专家。答辩委员会主席由教授、副教授或具有相当专业技术职务（不含导师）的专家担任。若答辩人中方导师作为学位论文答辩委员会成员，答辩委员会应至少由4人组成。论文答辩可以远程视频进行。学位论文的评阅人原则上参加论文答辩委员会。答辩时间至少30分钟（其中报告时间至少20分钟，提问、答辩时间至少10分钟）。
The thesis panel, including 3 to 5 experts from relevant fields, shall be approved by Sino-Danish College. Panel members shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles, with 1 to 2 from other institutions/organisations. The chairman of the panel shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles and must not be the student’s supervisors. If the Chinese supervisor of the student is a member of the panel, the defence panel shall consist of at least 4 people. Defence can be conducted on site or via video link. In principle, thesis reviewers shall be included in the panel. Defence shall include at least a 20-minute report/presentation and a 10-minute discussion.
六、科研成果要求
鼓励研究生在学期间取得学术成果，但不作为学位申请硬性条件。
Master students are encouraged to obtain research achievements (publications), which will not be the requirement for degree application.
七、涉密学位论文
按照《中国科学院大学研究生学位论文保密管理规定》执行。
Conducted in accordance with Provisions on Degree Thesis/Dissertation Confidentiality in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
