中丹学院硕士研究生培养方案(总则)

Sino-Danish College Masters’ Education Plan (General Principle)
为了促进我校研究生教育的国际交流和合作,规范管理,保障培养质量,根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》、《中国科学院大学学位授予工作细则》以及“教育部关于批准设立中国科学院大学中丹学院的函”(教外办学函(2013)24号)和“中丹项目”相关协议,特制定中丹学院硕士研究生培养方案(总则)。
To promote international cooperation and exchanges, standardize administration and guarantee educational quality, this Masters’ Education Plan is formulated in accordance with Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, The Interim Measures for the Implementation of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Academic Degrees, Work Rules for Degree Granting in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Approval of Ministry of Education on the Establishment of Sino-Danish College of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and agreements of Sino-Danish Programme.
中国科学院大学中丹学院硕士研究生包括中方学生和丹方学生。中方学生申请中国科学院大学学位按中国科学院大学所注册领域的硕士研究生要求;丹方学生申请中国科学院大学硕士学位,按本规定执行。
Master students in Sino-Danish College (SDC) of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) include both Chinese and international students[1]. Chinese students shall abide by requirements of their registered institute/field when applying for UCAS degree. International students shall follow this provision.
一、培养目标
培养具有进取、创新、协作、唯实的科研道德、严谨认真的科学态度,理论联系实际的工作作风的科学研究或专门技术领域的高级专业人才。
To train researchers or specialists with innovative, cooperative and practical research ethics and rigorous scientific approach in relevant fields
二、学科及研究方向
共涉及12个二级学科(附件1)

三、培养方式及学习年限
(一)培养方式:理论学习与科学研究相结合,指导教师个别指导与导师小组集体培养相结合。原则上,“中丹项目”招收培养的研究生为双导师制。鼓励丹方研究生在中科院联系导师,特别需求情况下,允许丹方研究生在国内大学或研究机构联系导师,经中丹学院审核批准后,担任研究生的中方导师。
(二)培养类型:学术学位硕士研究生。
(三)学习年限
丹方硕士研究生基本学制一般为2年,最长修读年限(含休学)不得超过4年。
For international master students, the study duration is in general 2 years, with the longest possible duration (including suspension) of 4 years.
四、课程学习及必修环节
丹方研究生需要了解中国文化,并有一定的汉语基础。
International students shall have basic knowledge of Chinese culture and language.
(一)课程学习及实习:丹方硕士研究生须按照所攻读专业的培养方案完成课程设置方案中规定的课程学习,实习半年,实习计入学分。

(三)必修环节:丹方硕士研究生在学期间须完成开题报告。开题报告可以采用较为灵活的方式(现场会议、视频会议等)进行。开题报告成绩分为优秀、良好、合格和不合格四等。学生通过开题报告即可获得必修环节学分。
五、学位论文
(一)学位论文撰写
研究生学位论文须在导师指导下,由研究生本人独立完成。研究生须严格按照《中国科学院大学研究生学位论文撰写规定》认真撰写学位论文。正文可用英文撰写,须有中英文摘要。
Degree theses shall be conducted and accomplished independently by students under the instructions of both Chinese and Danish supervisors. Students shall write their thesis in accordance with Graduate Thesis/Dissertation Writing Requirements of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Students shall write the degree thesis in English, and abstracts in English and Chinese are required.
(二)学位论文评阅
学位论文评阅人由中丹学院审核批准。硕士学位论文一般应聘请2 - 3位同行专家评阅,评阅人应为副教授、教授或具有相当专业技术职务的专家。其中,至少有1位外单位同行专家。评阅人须对学位论文写出详细评语,供论文答辩委员会参考。
Thesis reviewers shall be approved by Sino-Danish College. For master thesis, 2 to 3 experts in the relevant fields shall be invited to review the student’s thesis and give detailed comments. Reviewers shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles. Among them, at least one expert from other institutions/organisations shall be invited. Detailed comments on the thesis shall be provided as reference to the defence panel.
(三)学位论文答辩
论文答辩委员会的组成由中丹学院审核批准。硕士学位论文答辩委员会应由3-5位同行专家组成,答辩委员会成员应为副教授、教授或具有相当专业技术职务的专家,其中1-2位为外单位同行专家。答辩委员会主席由教授、副教授或具有相当专业技术职务(不含导师)的专家担任。若答辩人中方导师作为学位论文答辩委员会成员,答辩委员会应至少由4人组成。论文答辩可以远程视频进行。学位论文的评阅人原则上参加论文答辩委员会。答辩时间至少30分钟(其中报告时间至少20分钟,提问、答辩时间至少10分钟)。
The thesis panel, including 3 to 5 experts from relevant fields, shall be approved by Sino-Danish College. Panel members shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles, with 1 to 2 from other institutions/organisations. The chairman of the panel shall be associate professors, professors or experts with equivalently professional and technical titles and must not be the student’s supervisors. If the Chinese supervisor of the student is a member of the panel, the defence panel shall consist of at least 4 people. Defence can be conducted on site or video link. In principle, thesis reviewers shall be included in the panel. Defence shall include at least a 20-minute report/presentation and a 10-minute discussion.
六、科研成果要求
鼓励研究生在学期间取得学术成果,但不作为学位申请硬性条件。
Master students are encouraged to obtain research achievements (publications), which will not be the requirement for degree application.
七、涉密学位论文
按照《中国科学院大学研究生学位论文保密管理规定》执行。
Conducted in accordance with Provisions on Degree Thesis/Dissertation Confidentiality in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Notes:
In China, the master’s and PhD’s degrees will be conferred by schools of higher learning and scientific research institutes authorized by the State Council.
According to the latest 2011 Discipline Catalogue Degree Conferring and Talent Training(《学位授予和人才培养学科目录(2011年)》) issued by Ministry of Education, degrees will be conferred according to the following 13 branches of science: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, military science and management.
Within each branch of science, there are two levels, namely Level I and Level II Disciplines. Each branch of science has several Level I Disciplines, which can be divided into Level II Disciplines.
For each student enrolled in UCAS, his/her Level II Discipline will be registered as the major in all his/her systems. The diploma issued after graduation will be based on the student’s Level I or Level II Discipline, depending on requirements of each CAS institute.
