1. 适用范围/ Scope of Application
本办法所指的桌面视频会议系统由中丹学院-中丹中心购买，仅供中丹学院-中丹中心师生申请使用，旨在促进中丹学院-中丹中心师生的学术交流。
The Desktop Video Conference System under this rule is bought buy SDC and can only be applied by SDC faculty, staff and students. It aims at facilitating the academic communication between SDC faculty and students.
2. 申请办法/ Rules of Application
网上下载（sdc.ucas.ac.cn；/upload/images/20151119/）桌面会议系统使用申请表，并提前至少提前3个工作日发送到liuyuan@ucas.ac.cn 或 yuanpiye@ucas.ac.cn ，以收到会议预定确认邮件为准。
You can download the Application Form for SDC Desktop Video Conferencing System on the website: sdc.ucas.ac.cn or /upload/images/20151119/. Complete the application form and send it to the email address: liuyuan@ucas.ac.cn or yuanpiye@ucas.ac.cn at least 3 working days in advance. Getting the confirmation information means the success of your reservation.
3．注意/Notice:
1)本视频会议系统不兼容IOS系统。
The Desktop Video System is not compatible with the IOS system.
