The Regulations about UCAS Accommodation Charging for SDC International Master Students 2013

  • Two students will share one dormitory.
  • Principally, students need to live at the dormitory at least for one semester. If there is any special reason to quit ahead of time, please send your application to Eva dongyj@ucas.ac.cn and get approved by SDC College.
  • The accommodation rent is 900 yuan per person per month.
  • Students need to pay the rent every two months and need to pay in advance, usually by the end of a month.
  • For the first-year new Master students, the water and energy will be covered by UCAS within a limit (30 ton water per year, 150 degree electricity per year). Students need to pay the part that out of the limit by themselves.
  • Students need to prepare the bedding by themselves.
  • Location of the accommodation charging: Service Center, Basement of No. A Building, Youth Department, Zhongguancun Campus, UCAS.
